My name is Peter Hogg and I have been a fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessor since the inception of EPC's in 2007 and in that time have surveyed over 4000 properties.

I currently work for local Estate Agents in the Tendring Peninsula. This is in addition to work for private landlords and recommendation from previous clients due to my service and acceptable fees. I have built up these contacts during my 11 years as a DEA.

I am able to deliver a cost effective solution to your requests for Energy Performance Certificates and/or 2D/3D Floor Plans using industry standard RDSAP and METROPIX Software. I have been providing Floor Plans to some clients for the last 6 years. In this time I have upgraded my skills and capabilities to make them clear, colourful and accurate. I endeavour to make even the smallest detail or measurement in a property integrated into a plan.

I do tend to work mainly in the Tendring Area, but can travel further if required and hold full Public Indemnity and Public Liability insurance cover for all my surveying work and issued floor plans.

I am fully licensed to operate by the training body ELMHURST ENERGY and my license number is EES020178.
